Naibor Technologies Inc. ("Naibor", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and services.
We collect information necessary to facilitate grocery delivery services:
Naibor does not store your full credit card information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We only retain the last 4 digits and expiration date for user identification.
We share necessary data (delivery address, first name, shopping list) with the independent Shopper who accepts your order. We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers.

By downloading or using the Naibor app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Naibor is a technology platform that connects users with independent contract shoppers. Naibor is not a retailer and does not sell groceries directly. The contract of sale for goods is between you and the retailer.
You agree to pay the total amount shown on the physical store receipt plus the applicable Naibor Service Fee. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on your card upon checkout. The final charge will be captured after delivery based on the actual receipt total.
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before a shopper begins shopping. Once shopping has commenced, a cancellation fee equal to the Service Fee will apply. Refunds for missing or damaged items are processed at Naibor's discretion upon review of evidence.
